You want to breastfeed your baby, but...
-
You’re not sure if you’re doing it right.
-
You’re wondering if your baby is actually getting enough
-
Feeding feels uncomfortable, or even painful
-
Your baby wants to nurse constantly and you don’t know if that’s normal
-
You’ve Googled more than you’d like to admit
Or maybe you’re still pregnant and quietly wondering… what if this is harder than I expect?

Hi, I'm Jess
I'm a birth doula, a mom of three, and most importantly, someone who's nursed for 5+ years (and counting!), navigated her own breastfeeding challenges, and come out on the other side.
I've walked through issues like tongue ties, overactive letdown, poor latches, and more. I've sat in those early postpartum days when you feel like you're questioning everything. Where you're tired, sore, emotional, and just want to know, "Is this normal?"
My heart is to come alongside you, without pressure or overwhelm, and provide calm, practical support that helps you understand what's going on and what to do next.
Know what's normal.
Know what's not.
Know when to get help.
