Hi, I'm Jess

I'm a birth doula, a mom of three, and most importantly, someone who's nursed for 5+ years (and counting!), navigated her own breastfeeding challenges, and come out on the other side. 

​

I've walked through issues like tongue ties, overactive letdown, poor latches, and more. I've sat in those early postpartum days when you feel like you're questioning everything. Where you're tired, sore, emotional, and just want to know, "Is this normal?"

My heart is to come alongside you, without pressure or overwhelm, and provide calm, practical support that helps you understand what's going on and what to do next.

Get ahead of the learning curve before baby arrives. This interactive, 2-week group cohort is designed to give you and your partner the skills, confidence, and knowledge you need to bring your baby home and thrive during feedings. Partners attend for free!

What we cover:  ​

  • Week 1: Breastfeeding 101 - Benefits of breastfeeding, the first 48 hours, mastering the latch, protecting your supply, and preventing early pain.

  • Week 2: Pumping & Gear 101 – Flange sizing, how your pump actually works, maximizing your milk yield, proper milk handling, and introducing a bottle.
