Hi, I'm Jess

I'm a birth doula and trained lactation support specialist... and also a mom of three who's nursed for 5+ years (and counting!).

 

I completed Kassi Reyes' Advanced Lactation Training and Mentorship Program which means I bring both preofessional knowledge AND real-life experience to every visit.

I've personally navigated tongue ties, overactive letdown, poor latches, and more. I've sat in those early postpartum days when you feel like you're questioning everything, you're tired, sore, emotional, and just want someone to tell you what's normal.

Get ahead of the learning curve before baby arrives. This interactive, 2-week group cohort is designed to give you and your partner the skills, confidence, and knowledge you need to bring your baby home and thrive during feedings. Partners attend for free!

What we cover:  ​

  • Week 1: Breastfeeding 101 - Benefits of breastfeeding, the first 48 hours, mastering the latch, protecting your supply, and preventing early pain.

  • Week 2: Pumping & Gear 101 – Flange sizing, how your pump actually works, maximizing your milk yield, proper milk handling, and introducing a bottle.
